waggi Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the waggi platform available at waggi.app (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with waggi's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and waggi ("waggi", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has already been created.

These Terms apply to all services offered through waggi, including but not limited to lottery, bingo, slots, Monster Dice, live casino games, and any other gaming products made available on the Platform from time to time.

To register and use the waggi platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using waggi in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players on waggi.

• You must not be a resident of, or accessing waggi from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of waggi, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the waggi platform or any other gaming platform operated by waggi or its affiliates.

waggi reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other official document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by waggi may result in account suspension or termination.

To access the full range of waggi services, you must create a waggi account through the waggi Login page. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one waggi account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• Account verification: waggi may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before you are permitted to deposit, withdraw, or access certain features. Verification documents may include a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID card.
• Non-transferability: Your waggi account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

waggi reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your waggi account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your waggi account on your behalf.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your waggi account and update it regularly.
• You must notify waggi immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

waggi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified waggi of a security breach prior to such activity occurring.

waggi accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at waggi's discretion.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of deposit.
• Currency: All waggi accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and conversion fees may apply.
• Processing time: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your waggi wallet instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to be reflected in your account.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• No credit: waggi does not offer credit facilities. You may only wager funds that are already present in your waggi wallet at the time of placing a bet.

waggi reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit transaction and may request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Verification requirement: Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. waggi may request additional documentation prior to approving a withdrawal request.
• Same method rule: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing time: waggi aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving institution.
• Bonus funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Withdrawal limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply. Current limits are displayed in the account dashboard at the time of withdrawal request.

waggi reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending the completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. In such cases, waggi will notify the affected player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

waggi may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Validity period: Bonuses expire if not used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse prevention: waggi reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of system errors.
• Eligibility: waggi reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on player history, account status, or other criteria at its sole discretion.

All games available on the waggi platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on waggi, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• Random Number Generation: All waggi games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game results are independently determined and cannot be influenced by waggi, the player, or any third party.
• Malfunction policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, waggi reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. waggi's decision in such matters is final.
• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted and recorded by waggi's system. Bets that are not confirmed due to connectivity issues or system errors will not be honored.
• Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records held by waggi's server shall be the definitive reference. Players may submit disputes to waggi's support team within seven (7) days of the relevant game event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the waggi platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one waggi account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the waggi platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any waggi software, game engine, or security system.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the waggi platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the waggi platform. Any such discovery must be reported to waggi's support team immediately.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward waggi staff or other players.
• Accessing waggi from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

waggi is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the platform. Gaming on waggi is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your waggi wallet.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the waggi platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any waggi content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any waggi content.
• Use any waggi trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the waggi platform.

Any unauthorized use of waggi's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. waggi reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, waggi, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the waggi platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond waggi's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content available on the waggi platform.

waggi's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your waggi wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The waggi platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. waggi makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

waggi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements.
• Any other reason that waggi, in its sole discretion, deems sufficient to warrant account action.

You may close your waggi account at any time by contacting waggi's support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your waggi wallet (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

waggi operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the waggi platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction of residence.

waggi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, waggi will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the waggi platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
