Creating a waggi account is straightforward. Head to waggi.app and click the Register button. You'll be asked to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and a secure password. After submitting your details, you'll need to verify your email address and complete the identity verification (KYC) process by uploading a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Once approved, your account is fully active and ready to use.
21+ only. waggi strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years old as mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended.

waggi accepts the following valid Philippine government-issued IDs for KYC verification:
  • Philippine Passport
  • UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
  • Driver's License (LTO)
  • PhilSys National ID
  • SSS ID or GSIS ID
  • Voter's ID
  • PRC ID
Make sure your ID is valid, not expired, and that the photo and details are clearly visible. Blurry or cropped images will be rejected and you'll be asked to resubmit.

On the waggi Login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form. Enter the email address associated with your waggi account and we'll send you a password reset link. No. waggi strictly allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a violation of waggi's Terms & Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be voided pending investigation. If you've accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve it.

Log in to your waggi account and go to Account Settings > Personal Details. You can update your phone number, address, and communication preferences directly from there. Note that your full legal name and date of birth cannot be changed after KYC verification — these are locked to your verified identity. If there's a genuine error in your name or birthdate, contact waggi support with supporting documentation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

waggi supports the most popular payment methods used by Filipino players:

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). waggi does not currently accept cryptocurrency or international credit cards.

The minimum deposit on waggi is ₱100 for most payment methods including GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, the minimum may be higher depending on the bank's own transfer limits. There is no maximum deposit limit set by waggi, though your chosen payment provider may impose their own daily caps. Check the cashier section in your account for the most up-to-date limits.

Withdrawal processing times on waggi depend on your chosen method:
  • GCash / PayMaya: Usually within 1–24 hours after approval
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–3 business days
Before your first withdrawal, your account must have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals requested on weekends or Philippine public holidays may take slightly longer. waggi does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

There are a few common reasons a waggi withdrawal might be delayed:
  • Your KYC verification is incomplete or documents are still under review
  • You have an active bonus with an unmet wagering requirement
  • The withdrawal amount exceeds your daily or weekly limit
  • A security review has been triggered on your account
  • The request was submitted during a bank holiday or weekend
If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 3 business days, contact waggi support with your transaction reference number and we'll investigate right away.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you need to bet a certain multiple of your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Different games may contribute differently to wagering — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less. Check the specific bonus terms for full details.

There are several reasons a waggi bonus might not appear in your account:
  • Your deposit did not meet the minimum qualifying amount for the promotion
  • You did not opt in to the bonus before or during your deposit
  • The promotion has expired or is no longer active
  • Your account has an existing active bonus that must be completed first
  • Your account is flagged for a bonus restriction due to previous activity

Security & Responsible Gaming

Log in to your waggi account and navigate to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming. From there, you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. If you want to increase a limit, there is a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase applies — this is a deliberate safeguard to protect you. waggi offers several levels of self-exclusion:
  • Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for 1, 7, or 30 days
  • Self-exclusion: Close your account for a minimum of 6 months
  • Permanent closure: Permanently close your waggi account
You can activate these from Account Settings > Responsible Gaming, or by contacting waggi support directly. During any exclusion period, you will not receive promotional emails or notifications from waggi. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period expires.
